What is the shipping cost?
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75
$4.99 for orders under $75

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. You can track the status on the carrier's website (CTT Expresso/DPD).

Do you ship outside of Portugal?
We currently only ship to mainland Portugal and the islands. We are working to expand soon!

How do I choose the right size?
Each product has a detailed size chart. Measure your bust, waist, and hips and compare them to the measurements. If you have any questions, please contact us!

Are bandage dresses stretchy?
Yes! Bandage fabric has natural elasticity and adapts to the body, creating a shaping effect. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller one for a more fitted effect.

Are the colors true to the photos?
Yes, but they may vary slightly due to your screen settings. We do our best to display the true colors.

Do the products have a lining?
Most of our dresses are fully lined. This information is in the specifications of each product.

💝 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange it?
Yes! You have 14 days from receipt to return or exchange unused products with tags intact.

How do I make a return?

2. Send the product to the address provided.
3. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receipt.

Who pays for the return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Can I exchange it for a different size?
Yes! Contact us and we will guide you through the process. If the new size is available, we will process the exchange quickly.

How do I wash bandage dresses?
Hand washing in cold water is ideal. If machine washing, use a delicate cycle and a laundry bag. Dry flat.

Can I iron clothes?
Yes, but at a low temperature. Avoid applying directly over details such as sequins or feathers.

How to store dresses?
Hang them on padded hangers or fold them carefully. Products with feathers or delicate details should be kept in fabric bags.
